I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were so quiet; I wouldn't have known I was in the city and they were exactly as pictured, extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were very dark. The service was really friendly and they went out of their way to get us a room, which turned out to be an upgraded room with a great street view. The location was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. However, it's not close to too many iconic NYC amenities. The dining experience felt rushed due to a small restaurant, and the extra charge was included in the prices. The facilities were great, and fresh farm-to-table products were available.
